Unable to deploy the JS view file from local system to a tririga localhost

I have created a View file on my local folder with folder name as view name and used the tri-template command to create starter template JS file. I am trying to deploy this JS file to my tririga localhost, but getting below error

Command used to deploy : tri-deploy -t http://localhost:8008 -u username -p password -v my-second-app -d C:\Users\Documents\UX\polymer3\my-second-app -y 3

Error received: Deployment log:
Unknown error occurred while trying to login: connect ECONNREFUSED ::1:8008

Hi Abirami,
It looks like http://localhost:8008 is not available. And make sure you install @tririga/tri-deploy not tri-deploy (old version). And maybe try 127.0.0.1 instead of localhost.
