How to speed up the loading of the local host using tri-proxy command?

I am working on Polymer JS version of Tririga UX framework and to run the local host I am using tri-proxy command.
But it is taking load of time to get the local host loaded and as with each code changes we have to reload the local host to reflect the changes, it is a big hindrance in progressing further with work because of this slowness
So need help in getting the localhost load faster without any wait time!!

I am really at a loss on this question. Performance is so involved. I would not hesitate to ask that the user open a Support ticket, and we will work to get an answer.
